Academic Partner Institutions Fee ( Total Fee = USD 1,200.00 (MYR 5,070.00)

Package includes:

• 10 presenters (oral/video-recording oral or poster)

• 1 Keynote speaker (including a slot for networking dinner & RM1,000 cash travel support)

• Logo and description of University included in conference website and booklet

All payment of fees are to be made via bank draft, crossed cheque or banking transfer to Payee Name and bank account of INTI as stated below: Once you have made the payment for SciWeS2025,  kindly take a screenshot / photo of the proof of payment and email/WhatsApp as evidence. 

The proof of payment is critical to allow the Finance Office to verify your payment and proceed to issue the receipt for your further record and action. An email will be sent to you if the proof of payment cannot be verified.
